My entry for epilogues monthly contest. This time, the theme is "Best Bar in Town" depicting a bar set somewhere in the Universe, its the no'1 Aliens choice of destination :P. Painted in photoshop from a sketch in ball point <==(highlighted a few technical issues with shape and design so should've taken more time to sort it out)..Overall it took way longer than expected, raced off to a brilliantstart, then realised i got ahead of myself (i was experimenting with a new technique) and spent just on a week exactly on this.

This bar is your reality (mine actually) it is fragments of different realities in one, all out of your own memory and imagination to make you feel at home..hmm i noticed a blade runner aesthetic in this, that will always be one cinematic city i wish to visit for sure. Also inspired by ST:TOS "Spectre of the Gun" which is similarly themed to this piece. (you'll have to watch it).


OK could have done alot more, but ran outa time. I enjoyed it and learnt heaps!, always a good thing :D

Technically this isn't a world wide master piece, but somehow it reflects many memories and generates many new ideas for me.

Just for making sure you didn't get offended, the light effects are very delicious. :)

love it like anything else you make, and this one makes no sense its all dreamlike. sunlight yet its night and your little paintings in the stairway <3 and not to forget the shiny textures..

I recognize the gorgeous color scheme that I now unique associate with your art, but this piece has a much more solid feel to it and broadens its palette as well. Wonderful experiment!

Like it very much. I love mixing of art deco style with futuristic one. Together they create wonderful atmosphere that is both realistic and dreamlike....
